what? That's a fairly simple meal - light in the preparation
compared to many. Saturday night was curried carrot and cashew
soup... that took a lot more work :)
Let's see .. last night we had: Pan seared king prawns
infused with a garlic and parsley butter cream on a
bed of jasmine rice, accompanied by a
selection of wafered prawn and crab crackers.
That's five menu-bingos right there!
Of course, what we really had was garlic prawns from the
supermarket with a bit of cream, some microwaved rice and a pile of
prawn crackers and a couple of crab crackers I picked up from the
local asian supermarket. But if you put that in a menu, you got no
customers

@edythemighty - lemon infused basil and parsley stuffed chicken breast on a bed of lightly stir-fried vegetables. Nice and simple :)
