I applied for two jobs in Canada d: The first because of their reputation rather than an ad; and the second because of the sweet-sweet perks. But, well, sweet-sweet perks run deeper than job ads.
Before that someone stole me, so no ads involved.
Before that was by word of mouth, so no ads either.
Before that was in 1999. I'm a bad person to ask about the process of getting jobs (:
